Anyone can list a property. What is difficult — and what we are for — is holding a complete, current, verifiable document file for every asset we steward, and releasing it to a member without ever handing it to the internet.
The list below is the standard, not a sample. Each holding page shows which of these we actually hold, and names the ones we do not.

A document is never reachable by URL. Opening one mints a signed link that expires in minutes and is bound to your session — so a link forwarded out of the club is already dead.
A document earns a badge only after a steward has actually read it, and the badge carries the date it was sighted. An Encumbrance Certificate is issued for a fixed term and can lapse — which is why expiry dates are tracked rather than assumed.
Access is per member and recorded. There is no shared folder, no downloadable archive and no forwarding address: a document you are shown is a document you asked for.
Not every holding has a complete file — some are developer-sourced, some are mid-mandate, some are simply early. Each holding page states exactly what is held and what is missing, and shows no badge for a document we have not sighted. If a file looks thin, that is the site telling you the truth rather than a gap in the design.
A developer flyer with the plot number and personal contacts removed — the same redaction standard applied before anything leaves the vault.
